Trojan Dining Hall Selections

Flying Star Diner is the heart of the dining hall, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. For breakfast, enjoy rotating proteins, country-style biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, grits, and oatmeal. Lunchtime favorites include Fried Chicken Wednesday, homemade mac and cheese, and Fried Fish Friday. Dinner features well-rounded meals with deliciously seasoned vegetables, a featured protein, and complements such as rices, potatoes, rolls, cornbread, and many more.

The Grill Line, located next to Flying Star, serves up diner-style classics like burgers, fries, quesadillas, grilled cheese, hotdogs, and chicken tenders/sandwiches throughout the week for both lunch and dinner.

Bella Trattoria offers a delightful selection of signature pizzas and pasta dishes, with your choice of alfredo or marinara sauces.

Magellan’s, located on the second floor of the dining hall for lunch, lets you customize your meal with ingredients like spinach, carrots, mushrooms, onions, chicken, tofu, and more, all prepared hibachi style right before your eyes. Enjoy weekly specials featuring diverse world cuisines, including a shrimp bar, stir fry, and Fish Taco Friday.

Wild Mushroom at breakfast features an array of fresh fruits, oatmeal, grits, hot syrup, and a waffle bar conveniently located at the back of the station. For lunch and dinner, create your own salad with options like spinach, broccoli, beets, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, garbanzo beans, tofu, and more. Enjoy a selection of hot soups, including Italian wedding, three bean, cream of mushroom, chili, broccoli and cheese, chicken noodle, vegetable minestrone, and more. You can also craft your own sandwich at the deli station with choices like deli turkey breast, smoked ham, various veggie options, and rotating salads such as tuna, chicken, or egg salad, topped with your favorite sauces.

Basic Kneads provides a variety of baked breakfast goods, including Otis Spunkmeyer muffins and low-fat bagels with spreads like peanut butter, jelly, and cream cheese. Daily specials at the bakery include bars, brownies, cakes, and ice cream.

Vegan/Vegetarian station offers menu items free from meat, fish, poultry, and any meat-based products like soup base. Our vegetarian options cater to lacto-ovo vegetarians and may include eggs and dairy products. Vegan options are entirely free from meat, fish, eggs, milk, and other animal-derived products such as honey.

Simple Servings is our allergen-safe, dining option for our customers with food allergies or gluten intolerance. This station offers food free from peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products, eggs, and gluten-containing ingredients. Simple Servings staff members are carefully trained to avoid cross-contact with food allergens.
